Here is the link to an article by Mike Frost called Translating the Gospel. It is about contextualizing the Bible to where people are preaching it, and its importance. It unfortunately only gives examples at the end as to how it was done IN the Bible as opposed to how to do it today. I suspect if you were to buy the book mentioned in the article you would be given some ideas.
